Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and procedures to meet revenue targets.
2. Lead the preparation of the annual sales department budget and monitor its fulfillment.
3. Create and build a client database, including corporate clients, travel agents, OTA's, and event planners.
4. Proactively identify, research, and contact new potential accounts through direct inquiries, sales leads, and other resources.
5. Ensure sales activities focus on all facilities, including rooms, Food Beverage, spa, and all experiences.
6. Build relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure total account management.
7. Perform competitive analysis on competitors' strengths and weaknesses to implement sales projects aimed at gaining market share.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, activities, promotions, and events.
9. Effectively communicate updates to team members to ensure guests receive accurate information.
10. Network in the local market, industry, and professional organizations.
11. Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness.
12. Conduct site inspections and host familiarization (fam) trips as required.
13. Keep accurate records of sales activities.
What We Expect From You:
1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel is required.
2. Proven ability to create and establish sales strategies and procedures from scratch.
3. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong network within the luxury travel industry.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Bachelor's Degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field.
7. Respectful and courteous demeanor.
8. Commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional guest service.
9. Excellent proficiency in both English and Estonian languages.
10. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
