The challenge:
As an intern in our production department, you will gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will learn to perform essential support tasks necessary for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, products meet quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives are supported. This internship will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills in quality control, process optimization, and team collaboration within a dynamic production environment.
What You Will Learn:
* How to monitor the quality of output and identify faulty products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* How to investigate incidents by conducting research, reporting deviations, and analyzing modifications to determine causes and solutions.
* How to maintain accurate daily production records, analyze manufacturing performance, and check material balances and process documentation.
* How to monitor the status of production lines, assess delays, and track product flow within the production area.
* How to train new personnel on procedures and processes for the correct use of equipment and compliance with operational protocols.
* How to propose improvements to operations, equipment, and facilities to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements and personal skills:
* Education: Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering.
* Languages: Fluent Spanish, desirable a intermediate level of English.
* Personal skills: Good organizational and analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork.
