Offer Description
1. Sample treatment.
2. Extraction of bioactive composts.
3. Identifying and quantifying bioactive composts using different chromatographic techniques (GC-MS, HPLC-DAD, HPLC-MS/MS).
4. Purification of extracts.
5. Study of active properties in vitro.
6. Dissemination of results.
7. Writing and presentation of reports.
8. Planning meetings.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Technology, Biology or related fields.
2. Professional experience demonstrable in universities, public bodies or companies, related to the functions to be developed.
3. Experience in tasks related to the work to be performed, including identification techniques of compounds in food matrices and studies of active properties. Scientific publications, communications to conferences, stays abroad and participation in international projects will be valued.
4. Certifications in safety and quality of processed food products and production processes (IFS, BRC, ISO). Certification in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
5. Personal interview. The interview will be conducted only with those 3 candidates who, in the sum of the merits, reach a minimum of 50 points.
