Key Accountabilities:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international relations, engineering, environmental studies, or a related field.
* Prior experience (1–3 years) in business development, project coordination, or strategic communications is an asset.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Excellent command of Spanish and English (French is a plus).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
* Proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
Desirable Skills:
* Prior experience working with international consulting firms (e.g., ADB, World Bank)
* Knowledge of donor-funded project cycles and procurement processes.
* Familiarity with global development sectors such as energy, environment...
* Graphic design or content creation skills for supporting social media (Canva etc.).
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the HoBD in coordinating the annual Market Report.
* Assist in analyzing trends in public and private investments by country and sector.
* Provide research and administrative support to identify potential opportunities.
* Assist in preparing presentations, briefing notes, and country-specific dossiers.
* Collaborate with the HoBD to ensure that social media content (especially LinkedIn)
* Assist in planning and organizing the company’s participation in key exhibitions, conferences, and business forums according to the corporate budget.
