Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts. This is a key leadership role, directly reporting to the CEO, with the opportunity to shape the company's marketing strategy and drive growth. You will lead a team of 2, with plans to expand the team as the company grows.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
* Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Digital Marketing Execution:
* Drive demand generation through digital channels, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and email marketing.
* Plan and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads, improve conversion rates, and increase customer retention.
* Optimize the company’s website and landing pages to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
* Develop content marketing strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to engage and educate the target audience.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
* Provide regular performance reports to the CEO, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Continuously refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Brand & Positioning:
* Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the SaaS market through thought leadership, PR, and partnerships.
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Qualifications & Skills
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or tech environment.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
* Experience managing and growing a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush).
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising best practices.
* Proficient in data analysis and marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROI).
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus but not required.
