ABXTA currently has an opportunity for a talented Business Analyst. The Business Analyst (BA) role will support the project team by evaluating business processes, defining requirements, and delivering innovative solutions for improved customer experience, operational efficiency, and independent work efficiency. Projects will include system implementation, system integration, system upgrades, business analytics and reporting, process improvement, and process reengineering. This is a project-based role specific to the implementation of the Deskpro Help Desk management system, supporting tools, integration, reporting, and analytics but could develop to other areas and projects. This is a contractor and project-based role with opportunity to expand to other projects. The work will be office-based in Malaga. Salary 4,000-5,000 EUR / month depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate sessions with stakeholders, contributors, and subject matter experts to analyze business systems and user needs.
* Capture requirements and specifics of project requests.
* Provide insights and offer recommendations for process improvements.
* Develop actionable plans to implement and measure these improvements.
* Support the project management process to communicate actionable items and system changes to deploy the captured requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and delivery on strategic objectives.
* Quality assurance and testing of deliverables.
* Assist in the development of change management plans.
* Facilitate the definition and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Prepare training materials and provide training to end-users.
* Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities in relation to business operations.
* Assist in the development of project management and business analysis standards.
* Maintenance of system and user documentation.
* Support the end user and IT support teams to investigate and solve reported issues related to assigned projects.
Job Requirements

* Working knowledge of relevant business management principles.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
* Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in English written and spoken (B-2 Level or higher).
* Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Computer Science or a similar field and relevant experience.
* Previous experience implementing new systems.
