Who are we looking for:
Professional who is well informed, flexible, and adaptable to join our team in Spain, and take the lead to develop and mentor our medical sales team in Spain.
Area of Responsibilities
1. Sales goals: Ensuring the availability of company products in healthcare institutions by shaping and promoting optimal offers of the company. Generating demand for company products at key customers in the assigned territory through promotion and information activities addressed to decision makers in healthcare institutions.
2. Implementation of marketing strategies: Effective management of the territory through optimal selection of activities for the management of healthcare institutions, doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff. Creation and implementation of plans of visits and other activities for the implementation of the marketing strategy.
3. Cooperation with key customers: Leading or supporting dialogues or commercial recommendations in accordance with the current pricing and policy. Preparing and reviewing trading strategy recommendations to key clients.
4. Communication: Providing legal content in external and internal communication while maintaining good manners and adapting business language to the receiver of information.
5. Promotional materials: Effective disposal of promotional materials in accordance with promotional cycles and registering this in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures of the company.
6. Compliance: Following external business relations and internal policies and regulations of the company.
7. Leading Team Development: Developing and training the team to achieve the organization objectives through proper guidance, motivation, coaching feedback.
8. Planning, Reporting Data base update, Sales Analysis: Reliable and timely planning and reporting activities and results, updating database in accordance with company requirements.
9. Pharmacovigilance-Reporting: Following and applying the standard Biocon PV approach if becoming aware of adverse events/side effects and/or incidents.

Qualifications:
Bachelors in Pharmacy or graduation in any Science stream, master's in pharmacy or post-graduation in science stream. 5 to 10 years of Pharma Sales experience and at least one year experience leading a sales team. Experience in similar therapy areas is desirable.
