Job Description:
* Support in coordination, planning, and deployment of the training plan.
* Update training management tools and manage training documentation in the area.
* Provide HR internal communication support on training and development topics.
* Assist in the development of presentations, information, indicators, and reports.
* Help in updating HR department databases.
* Manage internships and scholarships (verification of agreements, documentation, etc.).
* Cooperate with the Finance Dept. on HR topics.
* Support HR department staff in filing documentation, receiving calls, employee support, and preparation of documentation.
