The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Cardiology division's medical devices to healthcare professionals and other target customers. This position requires a solid understanding of the Cardiology/TAVR market, as well as experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and event management.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Planning:
Develop and execute marketing plans for specific products and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Product Marketing:
Create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and web content, to communicate the value of the company's division's devices.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and resources.
Manage new product launches, including creating marketing plans and coordinating promotional activities.
Digital Marketing:
Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and email.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Analyze digital marketing data to measure campaign performance and make improvements.
Event Management:
Plan and execute marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, congresses, etc.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion.
Evaluate event success and make recommendations for future improvements.
Healthcare Professional Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and their medical teams, nurses, and hospital administrators.
Organize and participate in meetings and presentations with healthcare professionals.
Collect feedback from healthcare professionals on the company's products and services.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Medical Devices - Cardio
* Proven marketing experience in the medical device industry.
* Strong knowledge of product marketing and event management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Advance English.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
