At Recruitment Solutions we are searching for a Key Account Manager for one of our clients in the Healthcare sector.
The person who joins will manage the Castilla y León area. This person may be located anywhere in Castilla y León, taking into account that the greatest workload may be found in Salamanca, Valladolid, León, Burgos, among others.
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for identifying and managing the relationship between the Key Decision Makers (in hospitals, private labs, Region & Health administrations) and the company.
Requirements:
1. Ownership and responsibility for own workload.
2. Self-organized, identifies and differentiates issues that require prioritization, works efficiently with quality results, and performs well under pressure.
3. Organizational capacity, leadership, and problem identification.
4. Teamwork capability.
5. Strong communication skills with impact and the ability to influence at all levels.
6. Create effective communication channels and promote alternative means of sharing information that complement traditional methods.
7. Good interpersonal skills and an attentive listener.
8. Recognize main interest groups, be clear about the order of priorities, empathize with others, and seek common incentives to guide negotiations toward agreements.
9. Results-oriented with a holistic view of business.
