For our Barcelona office, we are seeking a candidate with excellent organizational, management, and communication skills, along with experience in Event Management and expertise in local and international corporate events, congress management, and trade shows.
Main responsibilities:
* Ensuring excellent customer experience and quality delivery
* Responsible for the delivery of the event’s brief
* Providing general logistics support to the project as required
* Drafting of documents, agendas, reports, logistics, event communications
* Providing Ad hoc analysis, statistics, metrics and visit reports for management
* Coordinates events that contribute to a perfect Customer Experience (pre-event / on-site event / post event)
* Coordinates general event logistics for visitors
* Manages CRM to tailored activities
* Providing continuous feedback and funnel of improvement
Requirements:
* An on-site position, allowing for a maximum of 6 days per month of home office
* Experienced in project management will include the ability to manage multiple events concurrently, to build timelines and milestones to precisely meet the event requirements.
* Work effectively in a team, communicating confidently with the Management and amongst peers
* Effectively plan and manage projects and deliver outstanding service to visitors
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Forms, BI
Profile:
* English bilingual or proficiency level is a must. Any other language is appreciated
* Desired 5 years of experience in a similar position.
