YOUR TASKS:
1. Attend meetings with the Workers Council and manage daily interactions with them.
2. Apply when needed, Company policies in coordination with other departments.
3. Manage administrative tasks such as: daily attendance, contracts, external contractors, questions about payroll…
4. Manage massive recruiting processes (publish job offers, interviews…) to adapt seize of the plant to manufacturing needs.
5. Manage the on boarding and off boarding process of the employees.
6. Tracking and monitoring the annual medical check of the workforce.
7. Elaborate and track the year training plan adapting it to the budget and real needs.
8. Give support on the GF when needed.
9. Reporting KPIs weekly and monthly to the Plant Manager.
10. Analyse and track the annual plant P&C Budget in coordination with the GLF & Finance.
YOUR PROFILE:
11. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Laws or Business Administration.
12. Leadership skills and high commitment.
13. 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
14. Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
18. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
19. SHRM certification preferred.
20. Highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic.
21. Available to travel occasionally.
