Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security and Identity Management Expert with deep expertise in S4 systems, Fiori, SAP GRC, and SailPoint. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and project coordination skills to support ongoing security projects, optimize role-based access control, and lead the SailPoint implementation initiative.The ideal candidate will play a key role in governance, security architecture, and user access management, ensuring compliance and efficiency in SAP environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Ongoing Project SupportEnsure secure and efficient user access management across SAP systems.Oversee and direct the work of integration partners to ensure alignment with security best practices.Provide L3 technical support and drive governance improvements. 2. Role Redesign OptimizationAssess and enhance the existing roles and authorization model to improve security and efficiency.Implement best practices for SAP role design, reducing risks and improving compliance. 3. SailPoint ImplementationLead the proof of concept and evaluation of SailPoint as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution.Define the target architecture for access management, ensuring seamless integration with SAP GRC and other security frameworks.Required Qualifications Skills Education Experience✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.✅ 10+ years of experience in SAP Security, Access Management, and Identity Governance. ⚙️ Technical Skills✅ Strong expertise in SAP Security (S4/HANA, Fiori, SAP GRC).✅ Experience with IAM solutions, particularly SailPoint.✅ Ability to design and manage SAP roles and authorizations.✅ Project management skills (planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination).
