This position will be based in our Madrid, Spain office with a hybrid schedule that has the option of working two days remotely each week.
The Role
Join Everest's People Operations Team in Madrid supporting the United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I)! Working closely with the International HR team and partnering with the business, you will deliver exceptional operational, advisory, and administrative support to help us execute our Global People Strategy, ensuring our people processes are aligned with our goals to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent.
Key Accountabilities
1. Providing support to the HR team and business in all aspects of the employee life cycle, processing people-related administration, from onboarding to offboarding.
2. Responding to People-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
3. Supporting the HR Business Partners in initiating recruitment, collaborating with Managers, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Finance.
4. General administration such as creating employee files and updating new starter tracker.
5. Ensuring new joiners are following the appropriate onboarding process.
6. Tracking employee probations and managing the termination process.
7. Supporting the payroll team with gathering data and related updates.
8. Working with the Global Mobility team to manage employee relocations and compliance.
9. Supporting the planning and coordination of internal and external learning & development activities.
10. Administering and managing people data using Workday.
11. Sending out emails to line managers regarding approved and regulated roles.
12. Working on HR Operations projects including improving the use of data to inform people decisions.
Professional Experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on coordination and administration. Fluent in English and Spanish. Diligent, with exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
