Ecostars ESG AI is a B2B SaaS focused on ESG certification and management for the travel industry. The company was founded in 2021 and is currently heading its Series A round.
Ecostars leads its sector in Spain and Europe, and ranks #3 globally, with presence in over 50 countries across various regions. Over 2,000 hotels have been certified with Ecostars, including large chains like Meliá, Paradores, Catalonia, H10, Vincci, Abba, Sercotel, as well as individual hotels from international chains such as Marriott, Accor, Hilton, and Mandarin Oriental.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive the international expansion of our certificate and SaaS. With a small team and no sales specialists, Ecostars has certified 2,500 hotels in the last three years. Your target will be to onboard 2,000 new hotels in 2025, with similar growth targets expected in subsequent years.
You will rely mainly on CRM (Hubspot), in-house technology, a well-defined product, and transversal support teams. Our market is global, so scalability is crucial. Previous experience in hyper-growth sales positions in B2B hoteltech startups/scaleups/companies is essential. Experience in rocket startups is highly valued.

Requirements
We are demanding for this position, and applicants must meet all the following requirements:
* A) 4-6 years of experience in sales positions (successful, we'll ask for references)
* B) In B2B hotel/traveltech or ESG companies
* C) CRM Mastery: Hubspot leader, strong experience
* D) Perfect English: Native or C2
* G) Based in Madrid, Spain (hybrid work model)
Compensation and Package
Salary compensation aligned with experience, plus up to 100% variable. We can offer a small equity-based compensation so you can benefit from the company's hypergrowth.
