Sales Manager - Recycling Equipment

About Us:
Our client are a leading provider of recycling sorting & processing equipment, specializing in delivering innovative solutions to the recycling industry. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to manage sales and client relationships across Spain & Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts within the recycling, scrap & plastics sector.
* Drive sales of recycling equipment by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they select the best solutions for their operations.
* Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while maintaining company profitability.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing after-sales support.
* Regularly visit client sites to assess equipment performance and identify additional opportunities for sales and service.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, service, and engineering, to support sales growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Reycling, Plastics, Scrap Metal or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years of sales experience in the recycling, plastics, or scrap equipment sector.
* Strong understanding of processing equipment and recycling operations.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to travel frequently within the Spain & Portugal region.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
