We are seeking an enthusiastic Industrial Controller to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the Industrial Controlling and Accounting teams, playing a key part in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing the indirect costs at Loewe's Manufacturing Sites, contributing to the company's overall financial success.
Your role will be:
* Effectively controlling the company's indirect costs, understanding business needs, and challenging the figures where necessary.
* Managing and controlling the operating expenses of the industrial facility, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Co-validating and understanding pricing structures, ensuring data consistency and system updates.
* Contributing to the end-of-month process in collaboration with the team and actively participating in trend analysis and budget projections.
* Analyzing variances, providing explanations with recommended actions, and monitoring follow-up.
* Collaborating with various areas of the organization on improvement projects and cost efficiency initiatives.
* Coordinating and preparing financial and analytical reports for the controlling manager and other departments.
* Developing and monitoring business performance metrics to track plant performance.
* Overseeing the construction, monitoring, and follow-up of the plant's CAPEX.
