Senior Partner Acquisitions Specialist - Iberia & LATAM Job Overview

Expand the property partner portfolio and ensure the best terms for SilverDoor and its clients.
* Review competitor websites to benchmark our current market-share and source new suppliers
* Negotiate commission levels relevant to the circumstances to gain the best terms
* Pro-actively improve the supplier base for leisure/corporate customers using the new supplier processes, ensuring all relevant documents are received and transferred accurately
* Liaise with suppliers in a timely manner, working with other areas of the team to ensure a smooth sign-up process
* Oversee and support sourcing accommodation solutions for projects
* Liaise with Account Management teams to fulfil any specific location search requests
* Work with the team during RFP processes and curate property options for client programmes
* Review working methods and consider procedural or system changes to improve efficiencies within the new supplier sign-up process
* Communicate periodic reports to your line manager on the new supplier progress for department and company updates
* Potential to travel on European partner acquisitions trips
Experience Required:
* Commercially aware
* Familiar with data analysis
* Functionality of Excel
* Experience of contract/agreement terminology and management
* Serviced Apartment/Corporate Housing experience (ideal, not essential)
Skills:
* Highly organised with a successful track record of meeting deadlines
* Results focused and self-driven
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Fluency in Spanish & English is essential (other languages are a plus)
