MyTraffic, the European leader in location insights, is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the global Client team & bring its Enterprise business to the next level.
Leveraging our analytics suite, your mission will be to deliver data-driven insights & business recommendations to our clients in order to complement & maximize the value we create for them via our SaaS solutions. Your contribution will be directly contributing to ARR generation, upsell opportunities creation & contract renewals.

You will report directly to our Head of Customer Strategy & will work closely with the VP Sales & VP Strategy & Operations and their teams. Your scope will cover all geographies & industries, with a focus on enterprise / larger accounts. You will be part of the Client Team, which comprises the Onboarding, Customer Success, Customer Strategy & Professional Services teams.
Key missions
1. Provide excellent, data-driven consulting to our clients, in order to complement & maximize the value we deliver to them with our SaaS solutions;
2. Create impactful, business-oriented data analyses, leveraging our ready-to-use analytics suite;
3. Formulate assessment & recommendations to our clients based on your analyses;
4. Detect account expansion opportunities, in strong coordination with internal teams (Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales etc.);
5. Actively support the Client team in maximizing contract renewals / fighting churn by contributing to client satisfaction & value generation through impactful analysis;
6. Become a true strategic partner to our clients, working hands in hands with senior decisions makers.
Profile
1. You have 2-5 years of experience as a Data analyst / Strategy consultant / Senior or Enterprise CSM;
2. You have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail;
3. You have a track record in articulating insights with precision, ensuring messages resonate with our clients;
4. You have an excellent business mindset;
5. You are a strong team player;
6. You are results-oriented and hands-on, with a “getting things done” attitude;
7. You are rigorous & highly structured;
8. You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
Selection process
1. 1 discovery call with our Talent partner;
2. 1 call with Anaïs, our Head of Customer Strategy, who will be your manager;
3. 1 case with Anaïs & Vladimir, our VP Strategy & Operations;
4. 1 call on corporate values with 2 employees of MyTraffic.
