Job Title:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate individual to support our dynamic team with structured tasks that help build professional communities.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for handling repetitive but essential tasks that ensure smooth community operations, including maintaining LinkedIn and email-based workflows, assisting with community management tasks, and acquiring new members for our communities.
Your Tasks:
* Contact potential community members with pre-written messages via LinkedIn
* Sending invitations to potential and existing community members via LinkedIn and email
* Responding to incoming LinkedIn comments using templates that you modify based on the situation
* Reviewing people who interacted with our content and contacting those who could benefit from being part of our communities via a direct message on LinkedIn
* Sending invitations to follow our LinkedIn community pages
* Scheduling posts on LinkedIn
* Maintaining our community member database (CRM)
Your Profile:
* You should be available to start between January 6, 2025, and no later than February 10, 2025, with a 40-hour workweek.
* You should be available during our core working hours—Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM—while arranging your precise working times within a certain range, in agreement with us.
* You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, e.g., as an (office) assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, call center agent, etc.
* You have previous remote work experience, are skilled with computers and the internet, and have a fast and stable internet connection.
* You speak and write English at a minimum C1 level and are highly proficient in spelling and grammar.
* Beneficial, but not mandatory, you speak and write German at a minimum C1 level.
* You are fully committed, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile.
* You are reliable and work with great attention to detail.
* You enjoy working under clear guidance, with established processes, and don't mind repetitive tasks.
* You have worked with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) before.
* You are willing to travel once or twice a year for potential company meetings.
