We are looking for an Event Product Specialist to support the Account Manager team with the creation and monitoring of all online ticket-shops, mostly in the motorsport, football, exhibition, and festival industries.
The Event Product Specialist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of ticket shops on behalf of event organizers:
1. Creation of organizers’ accounts
2. Creation and maintenance of product catalog:
3. Management and upload of multilingual online content
4. Management and creation of ticketing elements: type of tickets, payment modes, shipping methods, customer type, etc.
5. Mapping of third-party providers interfaces and data elements
6. Validation of content and integrity of online ticket-shops
7. Stock and rate grid management
8. Validation of event venues/stadiums
9. Creation of custom tickets (e-tickets, vouchers, paper tickets, etc.)
10. Any additional task relating to ticket-shop creation/lifecycle
11. Creation and resolution management of support tickets
12. Monitoring of daily scripts and resolution in coordination with internal teams
13. Participation in UAT for new IT projects covering Organizer ticket-shops
Requirements
1. Bac +2 / +3
2. Fluency in English & Spanish - Mastering of another language is a plus
3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
4. Ability to be quickly efficient with IT software, tools, and UIs
5. Willing to travel
