Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new enterprise clients in the payments and Fintech sectors.
* Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within large enterprise organizations.
* Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to potential clients, tailoring pitches to address their specific business needs and challenges.
* Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
* Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and key performance metrics to leadership.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to position our offerings effectively.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the payments or Fintech industries.
* Strong understanding of payments systems, Fintech solutions, and the broader financial technology landscape.
* Proven track record of success in driving and closing complex sales with large enterprise clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple high-value deals simultaneously and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
