We are currently seeking a Corporate Construction Planner to join and strengthen our Technical Operations team based in our Seville’s office.
Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and monitor Atlantica’s construction projects from initial design and feasibility study to final delivery and commissioning.
* Provide regular updates and reports to the Corporate Construction Manager and Project Managers on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet required standards and specifications, identifying risks throughout all project phases and proposing contingency measures.
* Monitor main contractors to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including schedules, milestones, costs, project cash flow, and quality standards.
* Promote best practices and share lessons learned to minimize risks across project phases.
* Identify potential risks in construction projects and propose proactive measures to mitigate them.
* Collaborate and coordinate with other corporate departments, such as Development, Engineering, Purchasing, and HSEQ.
* Periodically travel to construction sites across different geographies to conduct audits and on-site inspections.
* Standardize construction planning and control processes.
* Analyze project profitability and cost-saving opportunities.
Education
* Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
* PMP is valuable.
* C1 level English, both written and spoken.
Technical Qualifications
* At least 10 years of experience in planning and controlling construction projects related to renewable energies.
* Proven experience in identifying and mitigating risks throughout all construction phases.
* Experience in project management and subcontractor management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Project, and Primavera.

* Ability to manage technical aspects and communication skills between different levels within the organization, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with teams, contractors, and other departments.
