Job Title: Commercial Account Manager - Americas - Navitaire
Job Summary: Navitaire, a wholly owned Amadeus Company, delivers industry-leading technology services supporting growth, profitability, and innovation to airlines and rail clients worldwide. The Commercial Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing and growing healthy commercial, product, and support relationships with a portfolio of client accounts. Responsibilities include:
1. Retention and contract renewals
2. Targeting and delivering service extensions and new product sales
3. Monitoring and managing revenue targets and profitability
4. Developing and managing strong client executive relationships
5. Management of financial dealings and ensuring accurate invoicing
The CAM works with other customer-facing teams to provide support for product requests, services, customer upgrades, and operational issues. Travel to client sites is expected on an as-needed basis.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Single point of contact for the client account senior executive and management teams
2. Development and management of the ongoing client relationship
3. Leverage industry expertise to influence client commercial strategies
4. Own a portfolio of existing accounts
5. Drive incremental revenue growth
6. Participate and lead client account planning and forecasting activities
7. Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing
8. Provide support to legal team for drafting commercial documents
9. Conduct regular customer meetings
10. Provide leadership and guidance for regional account teams
11. Facilitate customer product reviews and operational support requests
12. Act as an escalation point for customer executive concerns
13. Manage overall client satisfaction
14. Support sales opportunities with new Navitaire customers

10. Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Arabic
Qualifications / Experience:
1. Bachelors Degree or above required (or equivalent experience)
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong management and leadership experience
4. Extensive airline industry experience highly preferred
5. Understanding of low-cost airline sector and business models
6. Proven track record for developing and closing new business
7. Travel requirements may exceed 30%
