Job Brief.
The Account Manager provides world-class, omni-channel support to our clients (software marketers and business leaders).
This role requires a blend of customer relations, sales, and consulting skills.
You’ll become an expert on our product offerings and gain deep knowledge in SaaS, marketing and technology business.
You'll spend your day learning about our clients’ business goals and educating them on best practices to grow their business through their lead generation campaigns.
What You Will Do.
1. After the BD has sold a new deal, you will onboard new clients, familiarizing them with our product offerings.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts via phone and email.
3. Provide ongoing support and education to clients.
4. Troubleshoot any client issues and liaise with the product team as needed.
5. Drive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within your existing territory.
6. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
7. Collaborate with business development and sales support teams.
What You Will Need.
1. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
2. 0-2 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
4. Proficient computer skills required, experience with CRM preferred.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to persuade and influence others.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask.
7. Enthusiasm for helping and educating others.
8. Interest in marketing, business and technology.
9. Previous experience working in or interest in digital marketing would be highly advantageous.
