The role involves: The purpose of this role is to efficiently manage the Office in Madrid. You will provide support and assistance to the Country Manager, facilitating the smooth running of the business, and will work with the Group HR team in HR administrative tasks for the Spanish Office and will work with the Finance Department.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing all areas of the office.
* Dealing with purchase requests.
* Answering telephone calls.
* Managing activities for company clients (updating database, billing, checking payment).
* Dealing with expense sheets.
* Reporting.
* Managing relationships with players.
We are looking for a person who has (mandated skills):
* Comprovated experience.
* Able to manage deadlines.
* Able to support the work of managers.
* Confidentiality skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and good knowledge of CRM or other tools.
* Fluent in English.
