We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Project Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing the design, construction, and overall execution of the project, ensuring alignment with both strategic objectives and tenant-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Development Collaboration: Actively participate in design calls and design meetings with the project team to ensure that the vision and specifications for the transformation align with both project goals and tenant needs.
* Input on Design and Construction Specifications: Provide valuable insights to the professional team to finalize the design and construction specifications, ensuring that all elements meet the required quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
* Construction Phases & Objectives: Assist in defining and agreeing upon construction phases and objectives, taking into account the overall project goals as well as the specific requirements of key tenants.
* Procurement Process Support: Provide support throughout the construction procurement process, offering input on costs, contract terms, and the selection of contractors to ensure optimal value for the project.
* Project Reporting Setup: Take the lead in establishing and implementing a comprehensive project reporting structure. Ensure timely, accurate reporting of project progress, risks, and financials to key stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between design, construction, legal, financial, and operational teams.
* Project Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor and manage the project's budget and timeline, ensuring that both are adhered to while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Required Qualifications:
* Education: Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in real estate project management, preferably in retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
* Strong understanding of design and construction processes, from initial planning to final delivery.
* Experience with procurement processes, contract management, and cost control.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
* Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Very good English skills.
