SENIOR REVENUE MANAGER JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management Team in Madrid to support a European region. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and boosting profitability for our managed portfolio. Collaborating closely with the revenue coordinator, General Hotel Managers, and the business unit's marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams, you will ensure that our revenue management services maintain their exceptional standards.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years of previous experience as Cluster Revenue Manager or Revenue Manager related role.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree level – preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is highly valuable.
Experienced user of Windows office applications for both analytical (i.e., strong in Microsoft Excel) and communication purposes (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of TMS4Hotels or other hotels CRS and PMS Systems or Revenue Management Systems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Strategic pricing: Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments. Define the ideal business mix and channel mix strategy, define overbooking and protection strategy, defines Crew TO optimal allotments.
2. Planning, Budgeting, forecasting: Builds 2-year property revenue strategy and budget proposal, prepares forecast based on the company guidelines. Validates RMS forecast and ensures corrective action to improve the forecast.
3. Daily revenue management optimization: Reviews demand calendars, convention and city event calendars and sets up events and seasonality databases. Performs daily pick-up analysis, reviews yield system forecast, competition analysis and price positioning.
4. Performance, demand competition analysis: Carefully monitors market performance, RGI, channel performance. Follows all relevant developments of the marketplace, values impact of demand generators, notes change in supply, behavior in feeder markets.
5. Communication: Communicates strategic recommendations to key commercial stakeholders, e.g. General Managers, and ensures buy-in and commitment from all involved.

The position reports directly to the Regional Revenue Manager. Located in MINOR Hotels Europe Americas Office C / Santa Engracia 120, Madrid – Spain. Full time (Hybrid Work Environment). Access to training platforms both internal and external. Availability for required travel.
