The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Arrento will focus on identifying and qualifying business opportunities within the flex living and property management sectors. This role is key in generating leads and ensuring a steady flow of potential clients in the sales pipeline, working closely with property managers, landlords, and accommodation providers to drive growth.
Main Responsibilities
* Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events, etc.).
* Identify and qualify leads to ensure they meet Arrento’s ideal customer profile.
* Manage and update the CRM with relevant information about each prospect and their status in the sales pipeline.
* Coordinate introductory meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
* Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting property managers and flexible living providers.
* Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
* Continuously follow up with prospects to maintain interest and close opportunities.
* Provide constant feedback on customer objections and market trends.
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in flex living, PropTech, or property management.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to research and prospect effectively.
* Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others).
* Results-driven mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* High level of English; Italian is an important plus.
