About us
At 23harmony Studio, we create thoughtful, high-quality designs for founders and teams building the future of tech. We’re small, remote, and boutique by choice - fewer clients, deeper relationships, and designs that truly connect.
About the role
We’re looking for someone to own marketing with us. Not in a corporate, big-agency way, but in a hands-on, scrappy, “let’s figure this out together” kind of way.
We’ve got big ideas, and now we need someone with a builder mindset who can help us put them into the world. We’re talking about experimenting with social media, writing newsletters people actually want to read, making cool content that gets noticed, and growing our studio’s presence.
If you’re someone who gets excited about testing ideas, creating, and figuring out what works as you go, we want to hear from you.
Tasks
What you’d be doing
Here’s a vibe of the things you’ll likely touch:
* Keeping our social media alive.
* Helping us share our work in interesting ways (think: case studies, posts, visuals).
* Experimenting with emails, campaigns, and lead magnets.
* Supporting our personal brands.
* Brainstorming wild ideas to grow our presence and bring in cool clients.
This isn’t a role with rigid processes or clear guidelines - you’ll be shaping it with us as we go.
Requirements
Who you are
There’s no perfect profile for this, but maybe some of this sounds like you:
* You’re into marketing, but you’re not super traditional about it.
* You like trying things (posting, writing, experimenting) and seeing what works.
* You don’t need hand-holding and prefer figuring things out.
* You can design stuff if needed (hello, Canva or Figma).
* You love creating content that’s authentic and doesn’t feel forced.
* You’re excited about small teams, where your work will actually make an impact.
Benefits
What it’s like to work with us
We’re a small team building thoughtful designs for cool startups. It’s 100% remote, so you can work from anywhere. We move fast, experiment a lot, and have fun along the way.
This is a part-time role (15–20 hours/week) to start, but there’s room to grow if you’re killing it.
Sound like something you’d enjoy? Send us a message (forget about the cover letter), just tell us about you, what you’d want to try first in this role, and show us a couple things you’ve worked on before.
