We are looking for a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer in charge of performing the verification and validation activities for a new clinical software project, reporting test results, and defects. This profile requires relevant experience testing microservices and with cloud technologies (AWS).
This position is Hybrid (Remote and Presential) and could be in one of our two sites:
Experience:
* 4 or more years in SW functional and non-functional testing or equivalent (to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, scalability of cloud).
* Practical experience with issue tracking and defect management.
* Experience in integrating and testing front-end and back-end frameworks.
* Must have actual experience working with cloud infrastructure services and coding experience on building test automation of cloud microservices.
* Ability to write/review effective Unit and Integration tests, and to write effective API and E2E tests that are automated and integrated.
* Knowledge of infrastructure automation and provisioning tools.
* Experience with On-Premises and Cloud Test Environment setup.
* Design scalable infrastructure for test execution.
* Software Engineering Process knowledge.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
* Experience with configuration management tools.
* Angular: Testing frameworks such as Jasmine/Karma & WebDriverIO.
* Java: Testing frameworks such as Junit, REST Assured.
* DevOps concepts and tools: BitBucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes.
* Contract Testing.
* Knowledge of clinical or medical sector.
* Cyber-security Testing.
Valuable Skills / Knowledge:
* Team Working.
* Good level of Technical and Conversational English.
* ALM domain for formal management of requirements, Test Cases, Test executions, and Safety Risks.
Key Accountabilities:
* Review requirements, specifications, and design.
* Define and execute tests using different techniques and tools.
* Report test results.
* Participate in SW Risk Analysis.
* Provide support in planning, allocation, and control of testing activities of the project.
* Review results of tests and prepare reporting.
* Generation of metrics.
