What You Will Do in This Role
* Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
* Understand partner market and competition, and evaluate reseller interest.
* Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products.
* Evaluate partners' utilization of promotions, events, and programs.
* Work closely with partners to drive revenue via campaigns, opportunity identification, and other methods.
* Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities, and take actions to close them with partners.
* Support partners to close big deals when necessary.
* Monitor execution of partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities, review ROI, and propose improvements.
* Maintain open communication with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
Your Qualifications

* Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian and advanced English language skills.
* Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
* Familiarity with channel programs.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Able to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time prioritization.
* Demonstrate innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving skills when making decisions.
A plus if you have experience working in Channel environments, knowledge of partners and distributors.

* Full-time, 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
* Salary range between €23,000 - €31,000 gross/year in bonus, including medical insurance.
