At Melza Recruiting, we’re looking for a Senior Mobile Product Owner to join the Digital Hub of a leading international retail-pharma company, playing a central role in the development and rollout of new mobile experiences across Europe.
🔍 About the Role
This is a key strategic role within the Digital Hub’s product team. As Mobile Product Owner, you’ll lead the roadmap and delivery of mobile initiatives across two agile squads, working in close collaboration with engineering, design, business and legal stakeholders. The project scope includes a multi-country rollout across European markets over the coming months.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Define, prioritize and manage the mobile product roadmap, aligned with business and customer needs.
* Own the product backlog and ensure clarity for both squads, driving continuous delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
* Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the app experience is intuitive, scalable, and locally adaptable.
* Monitor KPIs and user feedback to iterate and improve mobile features.
* Coordinate with international teams to support phased rollout in different European countries.
✅ Requirements
* At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner (ideally with mobile products).
* Strong experience with agile environments and managing multiple squads.
* Solid understanding of mobile platforms and user experience best practices.
* Fluency in both English and Spanish (essential for coordination with international and local teams).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Based in Barcelona, with availability for a hybrid model (2 days/week in-office).
