Minimum experience of 10-15 years in engineering roles in the offshore sector, preferably in the design and manufacture of monopiles, marine foundations or similar structures.2. Experience in engineering team management: Minimum 5 years leading technical and multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.3. Experience in offshore projects: Solid experience in the development of offshore projects, including the design, analysis and construction of marine structures.4. Advanced English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages is a plus.5. Technical Knowledge- Structural design: Extensive knowledge of structural design principles, load analysis, and behavior of materials in marine environments.- Specialized software: Mastery of structural design and analysis software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, SAP2000, SACS, and other structural modeling and simulation programs.- Knowledge in marine geotechnics: Deep understanding of soil-structure interactions in the context of marine foundations.- Regulations and standards: Advanced knowledge of international regulations and standards applicable to offshore structures (DNV GL, API, ISO, etc.).6.
