As Technical Support Advisor I on our team you will:
Be the first contact point for customers with technical support issues and questions on their products
Be responsible for problem solving customer issues answering questions and providing solutions regarding installation operation configuration customization performance and usage of assigned products
Analyze the issue if any identify the cause recommend a solution and document the problem.
Provide known fixes and workarounds for problems if available; Resolve nondefect problems
Search knowledgebase online selfservices and product documentation for known software defects and eliminate these as possible issues
Escalate unresolved problems

This is a great match if you:
Are fluent at a native level in Norwegian Danish or Finnish plus fluent in English
Have 12 years experience in previous technical support roles
Firstrate interpersonal phone skills etiquette and work ethic
Ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures strong attention to detail and be able to keep organized notes
Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS
Networking Troubleshooting Knowledge
Basic Virtualization Knowledge
