About the Role:
1. Identify new ISV opportunities in the country
2. Monitor the software market for vendors suitable for the ISV program
3. Monitor the verticals to identify the major IT vendors offering services to merchants
4. Contact vendors suitable for the ISV program and present the program
5. Onboard new ISVs
6. Assist with the creation of the ISVs account
7. Coordinate the communication of the ISV with the TAM team to assist integration work
8. Manage merchants coming from ISVs
9. Coordinate the onboarding of new merchants, in collaboration with Lead Generation
10. Monitor revenue from individual merchants and individual ISVs
11. Identify deviations of revenue and trigger corrective actions
12. Manage relationships with ISVs
13. Conduct regular meetings with the ISVs to review collaboration
14. Escalation and internal follow-up on any issues affecting the services offered to ISV merchants
15. Monitoring of financial relationship of Viva Wallet with ISVs (invoicing, payments)
16. Administrative & other tasks
17. Training on company's products
18. Sales/ISVs meeting preparation & presentation
Qualifications:
1. Be accomplished at selling technology solutions through ISV partnerships/channel partners
2. Successful tracked record of created partnership
3. Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions
4. Hold sound commercial acumen, able to negotiate multi-partner commercial agreements
5. Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels
6. Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects
7. Hold a proven track record of continually meeting and exceeding sales targets
8. Desirable although not essential would be a background within EPOS peripheral sales
9. Strong language skills with the ability to speak English with Spanish at business level
