As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and closing opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier customer service. You will work in a hybrid setup (2 days in our vibrant Barcelona office, 3 days from the comfort of your home), combining flexibility with collaboration.
🧠 What You’ll Do
* Proactively contact existing and potential B2B clients in the DACH region, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions with Google products.
* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
* Identify growth opportunities within your customer base and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
* Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
* Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reports on performance and progress.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, sales strategies, and Google’s evolving product suite.
🎓 Requirements
* Fluency in German (C1 or above) – both written and spoken.
* English proficiency (B2+) – required for internal communication.
* 1–2 years of proven sales experience (preferably in a B2B or tech environment).
* Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* High motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech-savvy – comfortable with CRMs, digital platforms, and online tools.
