Main Purpose of the Role
Sales Support: Contribute to achieving sales targets and market share in assigned products for our Iberia region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Representatives in product presentations, cathlab cases, training, and critical information support.
• Collaborate with Division Managers to achieve assigned product targets, providing market insights and competitive analysis.
• Analyze market situations and competition in the territory for assigned products, supporting action plan preparation and coordination with management.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations on assigned products, as well as updates and promotional materials for the sales force.
• Implement projects to drive assigned product success and ensure compliance with AV branding strategy.
• Work with distributors to prepare tender documentation for assigned products and collaborate on marketing plan design and implementation in the country.
• Ensure adherence to local and corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements
• University degree in biology, medicine, or chemistry to effectively communicate product information.
• Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with English being essential and Portuguese a valuable asset.
• Experience in forecasting, competitive analysis, product portfolio management, and marketing strategies, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
