Tasks:
1. Delivery planning, placing orders and delivery follow up.
2. Coordination with the suppliers, Sourcing, Logistics Execution, Quality and Project Execution office.
3. Tracking of non-conformity parts and missing parts.
4. Coordination with Site for local deliveries.
5. Reporting and KPIs.
Your Profile:
* Completed studies (business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, etc.)
* Very good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office required.
* Organized, proactive and decisive. Knowledge and experience in supplier management and teamwork. Used to managing IT tools for planning and supplying. Goal-oriented.
* +2 years of relevant professional experience in the procurement or management of materials.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Fluent English language skills. Knowledge of German is beneficial.
* Willingness to be hired with a temporary contract.
