Key Responsabilities:
* Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key HR metrics.
* Collaborate closely with the leadership team to identify and develop continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within the HR department.
* Prepare and present executive reports and presentations based on data analysis.
* Support the digitalization of processes and systems within the HR department.
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in analyses.
* Stay updated with best practices and trends in data analytics and HR technology
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
Academic Background
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, Mathematics or related fields
* MBA or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Inteligence, Data Transformation or similar is highly valued.
Experience and Technical Skills
* At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, change management, reporting and/or consulting.
* Experience in managing cross-functional team. Digitalization and process transformation projects is a plus.
* Proficiency in English (C1 or higher). Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
Tools
* Strong knowledge in power bi and excel
