The position of the Process Engineer Team Leader under the supervision of the management team at the department, is defined to support the manufacturing activity as gatekeeper of the Industrialization process by the assurance of the GSM recipes for production, providing the best configuration for the equipment and manufacturing costing routes and instructions that represent the proper assignment of the production resources.Job FunctionFirst Lot Control / Launch / Industrialization process contributions:Scale-up and commercialization of laboratory paint formulas.Provide solutions for production routes and bridge between R&D and Plant manufacturing Scale.Build Department support in FLC gatekeeping process.Support batch consistency as defined by First Run Capability (FRC) or First Time Quality (FTQ) by assuring 100% of FLA with no adjustment in stable items as part of the FLC loop.Improvement loop / Efficiency:Support internal non conformities root cause analysis to achieve 80% RCE identify.Make proposal for STD of process that can be strength or better defined.Provide Department feedback in external problem solving discussions with customer issues.
