SSR-M Account Executive, Seller Account Manager

This individual will develop a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts, recruit businesses to sell their products on Amazon, and manage the portfolio to grow their sales.
You will work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time), helping them launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand its products, services, systems, and tools.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Manage numerous opportunities strategically and concurrently.
* Analyze customer data to maximize potential and execute successful plans.
* Work closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's delivery and customer experience standards.
* Enable merchants to master Amazon's tools and systems, ensuring self-sufficiency in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance.
* Prepare business reviews on progress and territory health.
* Implement metrics to measure seller success and quality, guiding work and uncovering opportunities.
* Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
* Fluent English skills: reading, writing, and speaking
* Mastery of Microsoft Office products and applications
* +2 years of commercial experience
* Intermediate Excel skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Pipeline management experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
* Track record of exceeding sales goals
