A snapshot of what you will be doing here:
Employee Relations
* Act as the primary HR contact for employees at TCR HQ, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
* Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction, identify concerns, and implement action plans to enhance employee engagement.
HR Strategy and Support
* Collaborate with the HR Director to implement and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
* Support the recruitment process managed by the COE Talent Acquisition team by being involved in the shortlisting and interviewing process.
* Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Talent Development
* Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs, including training, career development, and succession planning.
* Participate in group-wide projects such as employee opinion surveys and employer branding initiatives.
* Provide support to the C&B lead in the design, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits projects.
* Address C&B-related queries and ensure adherence to internal frameworks and local regulations.
* Contribute to benchmarking exercises and other initiatives aimed at maintaining a competitive reward structure.
HR Administration
* Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, salary details, and employment history, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date for payroll processing and other administrative functions.
* Support payroll accuracy and compliance in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits specialist.
Compliance and Best Practices
* Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.
* Support the HR Director in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
We are looking for an individual who
* Can work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Has experience in a generalist HR role.
* Is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a pragmatic approach, and a lot of common sense.
* Has strong communication skills, native in Dutch or French and able to work in English. You will need to be able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
