Hexcel is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our Parla location (Spain).
The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations:
1. Review customer specifications and develop Quality Plans that outline receiving and manufacturing processes and inspections to ensure compliance with both product and process requirements.
2. Manage document control, maintain the document archive and manage non-conformities detected in products/services from raw material suppliers. Generate and review raw material purchase specifications from suppliers.
3. Attend audits conducted by customers and Certification Bodies on Hexcel-Parla's Quality Management System.
4. Manage and attend externally contracted Internal Quality Audits to ensure compliance with Quality Standards, as well as applicable internal and customer requirements.
5. Issue periodic reports on quality efficiency, costs, etc. - Manage non-conformities and corrective actions recorded in internal audits, customer audits, and Quality System certification audits.
Qualifications:
6. Graduate in Science or Engineering
7. Knowledge of quality standards (ISO standards, calibrations, customer specifications, etc.) and completion of a course on ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards is considered necessary.
8. Knowledge of statistical process control. Quality system auditor training or seminar according to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
9. Knowledge of composite materials. Computer skills. Advanced English.
10. Knowledge of current Windows OS applications, servers and workstations.
