* Handling of complex assignments associated with Indirect Spend regarding different commodities like Tooling & consumables, Catalogization (marketplaces and e-commerces used in the company), Facility Management and Training.
* Data extraction and analysis. Generation of insights. Analytical profile.
* Maintain and improve relationships with internal business partners as key accounts.
* Solutions oriented :
Obtaining budgets and specifications.
* Improvement and coordination of shared processes.
* Understand the pain points of your business partners.
* Have a leading role during the whole procurement phase and strategy development.
* Animate and define the pace at each step. Be a constant link between internal and external business partners during all negotiations.
* Global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, and process improvement.
* Ability to manage Total Cost of Ownership and see beyond the purchasing phase.
* Supplier base optimization: Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers, source new suppliers, and drive to a pragmatic and optimized IoT of suppliers.
* Maintain the price database up to date.
* Lead the process until contract signature and support the tactical purchasing team for P.O. creation.
* Contracts creation and negotiation: Presentation of the contract to the internal business partner and follow up with contract management.
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in Indirect Spend or purchasing environment, managing related categories.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is a must; French and German are a big plus.
* High level of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
* Proven ability for cross-functional cooperation.
* Advanced problem-solving skills and proactivity.
* Project management and leadership skills are welcomed.
* SAP basic skills.
* Capacity to travel.
