MTS Globe is looking for a highly skilled Commercial Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving account growth and developing new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to fully understand their requirements and demands.
* Collaborate with cross-country teams to develop and implement a mid/long-term strategic commercial plan aligned with company business objectives.
* Develop and enhance products, portfolios, and services by sharing best practice and lead innovation.
* Drive operational and cost efficiencies by identifying and streamlining processes and further develop technology.
* Monitor and evaluate Commercial activities performance and prepare reports for senior management & clients.
* Participate in industry events at national and international specialist trade fairs, networking events, and workshops.
* Plan and lead regular sales trips, scouting trips, and host clients where relevant and appropriate.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of professional experience in a Sales/Key Account position.
* Highly motivated, pro-active team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
* Excellent sales, communication, and presentation capabilities with strong relational and persuasion skills.
* Strong analytical thinking with a focus on understanding and responding to key business indicators and competitive trends.
* Ability to work and interact in a multinational and multicultural environment.
* Flexibility with disposition to travel.
* Fluent written and oral communication skills in French & English, additional languages will be a plus.
* Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Degree in Tourism or in Business Administration is a plus.
