The successful employee will be responsible for onboarding, activating, nurturing and growing a selected list of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) for a major IT brand by providing concierge services linked to ISV Market Place Application Publication.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be the first contact point, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term partner relationship.
2. Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Native/fluent Danish, verbal and written. B1 in English.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field.
3. Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience, 1 year of account management experience, 1 year of IT industry experience.
4. Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
5. Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes.
6. Basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions.
7. Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required.
8. Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language.
