HR Executive Responsibilities
* Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fairly and consistently.
* Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires and ensuring proper exit procedures for departing employees.
* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Assist in the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys, HR system implementation, and organizational restructuring.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
* Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
* Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
