Woodston Personnel have an excellent opportunity for a Nursing Innovation Manager with our client in Saudi Arabia.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and manage the facilitation of nursing innovation activities based on observations, experience and feedback from colleagues, patients and families including coordinating and preparing for survey process and completion of assessments and response plans. Support in the assessment and measurement of quality improvement of nursing current systems to ensure high standard on patient care.
* Work in collaboration with peers across the organization by motivating nursing staff to bring forward their creative ideas and bring these ideas to life using current resources as applicable. Ensure the implementation of these ideas in a way that promotes and enhances patient care and staff well-being. Evaluate and ensure the sustainability of these innovative ideas.
* Provide quarterly progress reports that describe and analyze the effect of newly implemented innovative ideas, facilitate convening of regular campaigns to promote patient safety and safe culture through innovation.
* Work collaboratively with Nursing Quality team to facilitate the formation and implementation of projects. Track project progress and identify challenges and implement action/modification plans.
* Monitor the activities and performance of the nursing unit innovation team. Develop work schedules for meetings and follow-ups; implement productivity standards; resolve operations problems; implement established procedures.
* Participate in research studies and publications in the field of nursing and patient safety. Participate in all meetings, committees and taskforces related to the area of assignment.
* Participate in all nursing education activities to meet the essential requirement of the department.
* Perform other job-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution – Essential
* Current licensure as a professional registered nurse – Essential
* Specific Certification as required in area of assignment – Preferred
* Minimum of 8 (eight) years’ position-related practical experience, 3 (three) years of which in supervisory capacity - Essential
