Responsibilities:
* Attend meetings with the Workers Council and manage daily interactions with them.
* Apply company policies in coordination with other departments as needed.
* Manage administrative tasks such as daily attendance, contracts, external contractors, and questions about payroll.
* Manage massive recruiting processes (publish job offers, conduct interviews) to adapt the size of the plant to manufacturing needs.
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
* Track and monitor the annual medical check of the workforce.
* Elaborate and track the yearly training plan adapting it to the budget and real needs.
* Provide support on the GF when needed.
* Report KPIs weekly and monthly to the Plant Manager.
* Analyze and track the annual plant P&C Budget in coordination with the GLF & Finance.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.
* Leadership skills and high commitment.
* 7+ years of experience in HR, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
* Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* SHRM certification preferred.
* Highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for driving business objectives strategically.
* Available to travel occasionally.
